Why you should have your cat neutered

Tesco Collection

Thanks to all who contributed to our collection outside Tesco's in June.   We collected £478.29, and in cat food we collected 23 Kg of biscuits, 128 tins and 494 sachets.   Thanks also to Tesco for making it possible.

News of past rescues

This picture shows Rosie (on the right) , a nineteen year old cat who was handed in to us just before Christmas.   We only had her for one day and some exceptionally kind people who came to adopt the tabby kitten George,  took her also.   You can see that she has fallen on her paws.

Ruby and Salem were  homed in August.   They have settled well in their new house.

We received a personalised Christmas card from Fudge who went to live in Romsey in August.   She enjoys playing in the bath.

We  had a card from Tommy and Sox who moved to their new home in Whitchurch in October.   They say:
'Thank you for finding us such a lovely home - we both love living here.   Mummy and Daddy go to somewhere they call "work" during the week and we have to stay at home on our own.   That is not so bad as it is warm at home, we have plenty of food and of course, if we get a bit bored, we always have our toys to play with.'

Patch, a young tortie who was homed in Southampton last summer, is pictured with two new friends.   She follows her owner round like a dog, brings lots of edible presents home and never stop purring.
